In my opinion,  phils. Has so much resources and skills to survive on its own but our government would rather sell it to our countries and pocket the profit fir their own use.

I agree with you TS (and I am sure a lot of Filipinos do too).  The Philippines is so rich in resources but the problem lies with how these resources are management and utilized.  When mismanagement happens due to "personal interests" of the personnel involved, this can lead to acts of corruption which creates a snowball effect greatly affecting everyone especially those below the social hierarchy.

Ang sa akin lang, may pag-asa ang bansa - kailangan lang maging aware ang bawat Pilipino at gawin ang kanyang tungkulin.  Problema kasi ng Pinoy e masyadong pessimistic lalo na sa kapwa, idagdag mo na dito yung "deadma" na reaksyon sa mga nangyayari sa paligid. Walang manloloko kung walang magpapaloko. Mababawasan ang kalokohan kung hindi ito kukunsentihin. Do away with crab mentality, instead revive the bayanihan. Mahirap gawin oo, pero KAYANG GAWIN.  Kung buhay lang ang mga ninuno natin na lumaban para sa kalayaan ng bansa, matutuwa kaya sila nangyayari at sa ginagawa ngayon ng kapwa nila?

With regards to what is happening to the Philippines right now, there is nobody to blame but each and every Filipino.  Kasi lahat naman tayo may magagawa, kahit na sa maliliit na bagay lang magsimula - tulad ng disiplina at pagmamahal sa kapwa at bansa.  Idealistic oo, pero kung susubukan wala naman mawawala. Bagkus magiging hudyat pa ito ng simula ng pagangat at pagasenso ng bansa, hindi lang sa yamang material kundi pati sa values formation ng bawat mamamayan.
